Don Hansen, 34, attended the University of Southern California and holds a degree in International Relations. For the past twelve years, Don has worked for Balboa Capital Corporation, one of the largest privately held finance companies in the United States. The firm provides equipment financing to entrepreneurial businesses. Today, Don serves as the Vice President of the Commercial Finance Division. This growth division of the company finances large middle-market based transactions in excess of $500,000.
Don was elected to the Huntington Beach City Council in 2004. He and his wife Sara Hansen live in Southeast Huntington Beach with their daughter Bailey and son Ryan. Don is an active member of the Huntington Beach Rotary Club, a civic minded service club, and a parishioner of St. Simon and Jude Church.
