    Sergeant Major Juan M Hidalgo Jr.

     
    Born and raised in Southern California, Sergeant Juan M Hidalgo Jr.,
    enlisted in the Marine Corp in 1984 and was at Camp Pendleton.
    In 2003 he was part of 'Operation Iraqi Freedom' and from  2013 to 2015 was stationed at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. He retired from active duty in October 2015 after 31 years of service to his country.

    He supports a strong, well armed, well trained military.  "Peace through Strength" and is currently running for Congress in San Diego.

    You will not want to miss this very special meeting which will feature:

    • Color Guard
    • Live performance of the National Anthem
    • Multiple Vendors with items for purchase

Residents only (no elected officials allowed) and with the exception of Rebecca Trahan, no city council candidates are allowed.  All ages, including teenagers and children, are encouraged to attend. Also, if you, your friend, or your family member would like to start the process of trying to become an American citizen, we will have a representative there to help you fill out and process the initial paperwork.

  • Cal State Fullerton continues to celebrate our 60th anniversary
    with a special moderated discussion with Robert Gates, Secretary of Defense (2006-2011).  Dr. Gates, who served as CIA director and President of Texas A&M University, draws on years of exceptional experience to offer an informative and pragmatic look at leadership and international relations.

    CSUF will also honor alumnus and longtime university advocate Congressman Ed Royce, who retires this year after 13 terms in the United States Congress.
