                                                                                   OC District Attorney                                               

TODD SPITZER has served as an OC Supervisor, OC State Legislator, School Board Trustee, Reserve Police Officer and High School teacher.  As an Assistant District Attorney and Deputy District Attorney, he has handled many cases:  hardcore gangs, sex offenders, robbers, human trafficking and animal cruelty.  He pledges to uphold the law...Prevent Crime, Victims' Rights, Protecting Families and Communities, Solving Homelessness!

 

                                                                          US Congress ~ 49th District

DIANE HARKEY was elected to the State Board of Equalization in November, 2014 where she represents the voters of the 49th District.  Recently, she served three terms in the CA State Assembly representing the 73rd District.  She advocates for policies that support job creation, employment opportunities, improve California's state budget outlook and reduce the burden of complying with government audits and various tax regulations.

ROCKY CHAVEZ is currently serving in the CA State Assembly representing the 76th District. He was elected to the Oceanside City Council in November, 2002.  He was selected as the Deputy Mayor of Oceanside in 2004.  He served in the USMC for 28 years, where he gained vital national security and foreign affairs experience.  He was appointed as Undersecretary of the CA Department of Veteran Affairs in 2009 and as Acting Secretary in 2011.

BRIAN MARYOTT is currently serving as Mayor Pro Tem in San Juan Capistrano.  He is a retired financial services executive, certified financial planner and former Chief of Staff, MA State Legislature. He supports our President and our Military.  He wants to end illegal immigration, supports lower taxes and producing superior and market driven health care reform.

 

                                                                                      OC Sheriff-Coroner

DON BARNES has 29 years of law enforcement experience and is presently the OC Undersheriff.  He is the organization's Chief Operating Officer overseeing the daily operations of the department's 3900 employees and 700 volunteers.  Barnes is the past Commander, Captain, Lieutenant and Sergeant for the OC Sheriff's Department.  The OC Sheriff Department opposes CA Sanctuary Law and has made inmate release dates public.

DAVE HARRINGTON has over 28 years experience in law enforcement and concluded his career as Administrative/Investigation Sergeant for Yorba Linda.  A year later, he was elected to the Aliso Viejo City Council where he now serves as Mayor. His background in management and budgeting gives him a unique perspective on innovative ideas that need to be brought to the Sheriff's Department.

 

                                                                              CA Attorney General

STEVEN BAILEY was elected to the CA Superior Court in 2008 and served until 2017.  As Judge, he presided over the most complex legal matters and is passionate about the law.  He served his country in the USMC, practiced Criminal Law for almost 18 years and served as Deputy Director, Department of Social Services under Governor Deukmejian.  "I enforce our laws according to our Constitution---not the political whim of the day."

 

                                                   Board of Equalization - 4th District

JOHN KELLY owned and operated a retail store in Tustin for 35 years.  He also served on Tustin's City Council from 1986-1990.  He wants fair and effective taxes on businesses and out-of-state retailers in CA are not subject to the same tax requirements as CA businesses that are here.
